MWC aspires to establish a congenial atmosphere where workshops and training allow Muslim women and youth from all
sects, races and ethnicities to learn about role models from our Islamic heritage, such as Sayedna Fatimah tuh Zahra, the daughter of Prophet Muhammad (may
peace and blessings be upon him and his family) whose characteristics can be applied in one’s life. We also hope to define commonalities within Islam and other faith traditions in interfaith
dialogues while honoring our own beliefs. Finally, we hope to celebrate the colorful cultures within Islam through educational
programming.
